Single Malt
Scotland
1 Jan 1989
As part of a trio of vintages launched in February of 2007, this 1989 'vintage' from the Balblair distillery is another superb example, exhibiting that beautiful vanilla spice, cereal sweetness we have come to expect from the Edderton-based distillery.
Crisp, balanced, a lovely dose of bourbon. Vanilla and spicy oak roll.
Full and tight, barley notes with their silken sweetness and more vanilla oak.
Good length, the sweet, bourbon oak lingers and with it creamy barley.

Good stuff.
Absolutely wonderful! A real champagne of malt.
Class above most very smooth love it.
Really nice whisky! One of my favourite !
