Sherried single malt from Aultmore, independently bottled by Whisky Cellar. This expression was distilled back in 2011, and it was matured in a first-fill sherry butt for 9 years before eventually being bottled up in 2021. 739 bottles were produced as part of Whisky Cellar's third series of releases.
Mocha, Mars bars, a hint of lemongrass and barley.
Butterscotch, dried fruit, still with plenty of malt notes at its heart.
Cinnamon cookies, orange zest, and honey.
