This expression was distilled back in 2011, and it was matured in a first-fill sherry butt for 9 years before eventually being bottled up in 2021. 739 bottles were produced as part of Whisky Cellar's third series of releases.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Mocha, Mars bars, a hint of lemongrass and barley.
Palate
Butterscotch, dried fruit, still with plenty of malt notes at its heart.
Finish
Cinnamon cookies, orange zest, and honey.
