Youthful Aultmore single malt Scotch whisky here, independently bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for their Connoisseurs Choice range. This was distilled in 2005 and set aside to mature until 2016, when it was bottled at 46% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Freshly cut grass and forest floor earthiness. Hints of clotted cream and blueberries.
Palate
Grist, lemon peels and peppery oak. Ginger develops a little later on.
Finish
Citrus lingers.
