A cracking addition to The Octave collection from independent bottler Duncan Taylor, this 14-year-old single malt hails from Speyside's Aultmore distillery. Matured between 2008 and 2022, the whisky spent its final nine months resting in one of Duncan Taylor's signature octave casks, allowing the spirit and the oak to interact with more rapidity than a larger barrel. A release of just 83 bottles.
