Distilled in 2009, matured for 12 years, and drawn from a refill butt in 2022. Packed with robust malt and spice, layered among creamy custard, buttery oak, apples, and sweet, vinous fruit.

Sweet apple crumble with crisp burnt sugar and biscuity crumb, hearty notes of tea loaf, Madeira cake, and Biscoff. Chocolate caramel and fruity fig add to the sweet treat vibes with buttery oak building beneath.
Powerful fruit and robust spice. Layers of vinous white grape and sultana, joined by poached peach, wrapped up with fiery cinnamon and sticky toffee.
Bold barley, cooked apple. Creamy and spicy all at once, with treacle, cookie dough, custard, dates, nutmeg, and root ginger.
This bottle has typical Aultmore flavours the only thing is everything is amplified. And there is alot more heat as result of the higher ABV. I added 10ml of water.
