Distilled at Aultmore in 2014, this single malt spent the next decade maturing in a single Pedro Ximénez hogshead under the watchful eye of indie bottler Alistair Walker. The cask was opened in 2025, yielding a total of 350 bottles, laden with spiced fruit, floral honey, and rich toffee.
