This seven-year-old single malt from Auchroisk is brought to us by independent bottler GreatDrams as part of the Rare Cask Series. It finished its maturation in a cask that previously held American rye whiskey, bringing rye-driven spice to the sweet Speyside malt. A release of 333 bottles.
