Here we have an 11-year-old single malt from the Auchroisk Distillery, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 after enjoying maturation in a wine cask. Only 354 bottles were produced.
Rich biscuity malt and salted caramel are joined by red berries and cedar.
Conference pears, red grapes, white pepper, and a little cinnamon.
Citrus, green tea, and oak spice.
