From the Auchentoshan distillery in the Scottish Lowlands comes a triple distilled single malt Scotch whisky aged entirely in first fill American oak casks. A light, bright whisky with plenty of vanilla sweetness at its centre - great as an aperitif dram.
Oranges and lemons, toffee chunks and milk chocolate. Wafts of grassy air and clotted cream.
Bounty bars, more citrus peels and peaches. A little bit buttery, with golden barley and oak spice developing on the mid palate.
Lasting notes of grapefruit and toffee pennies.

Its not too bad. Its harmless. Lacks real punch and depth, but its a nice enough, easy drinker
I came across this one in Tesco for £20. Got it home and was very pleased , especially for the bargain bin price. Remember this is a NAS single malt. For £20!!! I always pick up 2 or 3 bottles whenever it's on offer. Don't be a prude. Give this whisky a chance. It's very smooth and has just a touch of sweetness. Lovely. @TheMrParkinson
This surely is the most pathetic excuse for single malt whisky I would rather drink Buckfast.
I think because of the distellery's name there is higher expectations. However, for the price it isn't a bad whisky. I think this is a good whisky to introduce some non-whisky drinkers to just to give them an idea of what is out there
This whiskey can only be drank with ice. One cube's enough. Really does taste like a young whiskey. I wouldn't buy this again and if I could return it I would.
