Back with more brilliance, indie bottler Adelphi selected a splendid single cask from the Arran Distillery for this release. Distilled in 2012, this single malt spent the next nine years maturing in a bourbon cask, which was cracked open in 2021, releasing an outturn of 220 bottles.
Zesty with wafts of burnt sugar, juicy tropical fruit notes, and a hint of praline.
Chocolate notes continue alongside creamy vanilla, lemon drizzle cake with a touch of crystalised ginger.
Dry oak, soft butterscotch, milky cocoa.
