Independently-bottled single malt from Arran Distillery, found on the Scottish island of the same name! Distilled in July 2013, it rested in a single bourbon hogshead for eight years, before it was bottled by GreatDrams for its Single Cask Series. The cask yielded just 269 bottles, full of rich malt, fresh fruit, and that hallmark island saltiness.
Caramel digestive biscuits, crisp apple, and Crunchie bar.
Oily malt, pear skin, and runny honey, with flecks of sea salt.
Salted caramel and apple loaf cake.
