
Ardnamurchan is back with its second batch of single malt crafted to honour Scotland's infamous Highland Midge! This batch combines 75% peated and 25% unpeated spirit, matured in a combo of 50% bourbon barrels, 48% Port barriques, and 2% sherry casks and bottled without added colour or chill filtration.
Gammon ham with torched pineapple, prunes dipped in salt. Strawberry jam on a salty cracker, almond oil, coconut macaroon, spearmint.
Salt-baked pear, meadowsweet, wildflowers, lemon thyme. Sultanas, cherrywood embers, cocoa powder, pink peppercorns.
A gentle puff of enticing, buoyant smoke. Himalayan pink salt, red currant cordial. A constant mingling of sweet and salty. Dry, lengthy finish.
