This Ardmore single malt Scotch whisky was independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. as part of The Cooper's Choice collection. Distilled in 2003, this rested for 17 years in a bourbon cask, with an outturn of 306 bottles drawn in 2021.
Grassy peat smoke with a whiff of dried fruits and sweet caramelised peanuts.
Malty, mineral peat, salted popcorn, caramel, vanilla, floral orange, and poached pear.
Lingering smoke and charred oak with a herbal zest, sweet vanilla and ginger spice.
