An Ardmore single malt here from House of Macduff's the Golden Cask independent bottling series! This one was aged for 14 years, from 2000 to 2015, and then bottled up at cask strength with an outturn of only 178 bottles.
Honey-roasted peanuts, orange peels and a hint of brandy.
Rye bread with salted butter, a touch of struck match, with layers of caramel and cooked pear.
