Single cask Ardmore from The House of Macduff and its Golden Cask series here! This one was matured in a bourbon cask for a decade, from June 2009 to February 2020, and then bottled up at cask strength with an outturn of only 245 bottles.
Juicy mango, toasted barley and a spicy kick of gingerbread.
Vanilla and oak tannins, with cooked apple and flamed orange peel in the background.
Intriguingly floral on the finish, balanced by dry smoke.
