An independent bottling of Ardmore from The Single Cask, distilled in October 2008. The single malt then spent 10 years ageing in a single hogshead until it was bottled in February 2019 at 59.4% ABV, with an outturn of 134 bottles.
Immediate prominent malt alongside smoked bacon and iced biscuits, with a hint of vanilla and candied citrus.
Light vanilla sponge, rich nuts and oak char with more sweet vanilla and fresh stone fruit.
Toasted nuts, fresh bread with salted butter, salted caramel and just a hint of cured meat.
