Nose

New leather, tomato stem, cinnamon, chocolate orange and a light whiff of burnt oak.

Palate

Slightly meaty, but savoury notes are balanced by sweeter hints of rich oloroso and Demerara sugar.

Finish

Polished oak, a hint of seaweed, chocolate once again.
