Ardbeg 12 Year Old 2003 - A Rare Find (Gleann Mór) 57.8%
214 bottles emerged from a single cask in September 2015, having been maturing since April 2003. The colour, obviously, is natural and this independently bottled Ardbeg single malt is also non chill-filtered.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Kippers and brine, soot smoke, sea salt and lemon slices.
Palate
Sweet with iodine and peanut skin, phenolic peatiness.
Finish
Long and light with more soot and peat tang.
