Doddie Weir (yes, the former Scottish rugby union player) was the one who filled the first cask on 1 December 2014. Alongside the 70cl bottle of Man O'Sword peated whisky (59% ABV) comes a 5cl bottle of Rascally Liquor Peated Malt Spirit (63.5% ABV), so you can see the journey from new make to full grown whisky!
