A single cask release from the Annandale distillery in the Lowlands! After releasing its very first whiskies in 2018, the distillery has some tasty expressions lined up for 2019. This particular edition is peated (while the Man O'Words is unpeated) and has been matured in a once-used ex-bourbon cask before being bottled at a generous 60.2% ABV.
Pear and pineapple, with a whack of smoky black tea developing.
Spicy white pepper and cardamom, blending with cinder toffee and cooked fruit.
Buttered toast and cinnamon sticks.
