Distilled from barley grown at the North West of India. Amrut mature their single malt in New American Oak and ex-bourbon before bottling.

Amrut fusion single malt is a great drink . Smooth to taste and nice to note that it is a product of India
OK dram, not my favorite. Palate better than the nose but there are plenty of single malt scotches and single malt irish whiskies that are better. I enjoy Glenlivet, glenmorangie, and Aberlour better. Would not keep stocked in my home bar.
Sweet moment after 3 peg
I had the opportunity to taste a number of Amrut whiskies at a local Whiskey Bar and Museum, so I knew that I already liked Amrut. But this was the first full bottle I have ever purchased, and I was very pleasantly surprised as I sipped from it a little each evening for a few nights. I then took it with me to a BBQ get together with friends, and it was finished fairly quickly...Nice lightly sweet caramel and maybe slight vanilla, and balanced overall, and I didn't feel any "bite" or harshness from the 46% strength.
Have tasted almost 15 single malt, this AMRUT FUSION is superior of all,till now.Loved it . A big big Kudos to the producers..India's best in bottle.
