Here we have a wonderful Allt-á-Bhainne, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2018 by Samaroli. A complex single malt from the Speyside region bottled at 47% ABV, with an outturn of only 269 bottles.
A multitude of aromas, with malted bread, fresh fruit and wet grass followed by herbaceous notes of rosemary, oregano and lavender.
Similar to the nose, repeated on a clean mouthfeel. Fruity tones followed by Madeira cake and fresh herbs.
Balsamic and mineral notes on the finish.
