Undisclosed Orkney Distillery 18 Year Old 2003 (cask 5749) - Infrequent Flyers (Alistair Walker) 70cl Whisky

A marvellous single malt, distilled in 2003 on the island of Orkney. You may be wondering which distillery it comes from, and so are we, because this information remains a secret, known only by the folk at indie bottler Alistair Walker (and presumably the people who deal in cask sales on the distiller's side too)! We do know that the whisky spent 18 years resting, including a finish in a single virgin oak cask, with a total of 273 bottles released in 2021 for the Infrequent Flyers collection.
