Alfred Giraud has blended together three French malts for the Heritage expression. The spirit is then aged in three different cask types, with new French Limousin oak, American oak and casks which previously held XO Cognac. It's then presented at 45.9% ABV in a rather handsome decanter very much channelling the 1920s, and we're all here for it.
Vanilla orchid, fresh oak and some white grape in there too.
Fresh pear, brandied cherry and candied fruit, with a hint of oak spice.
A dusting of icing sugar, alongside pear drops and toasty oak.
