Whisky made from 100% Canadian rye from Rocky Mountains-based Alberta Distillers Limited. Bottled at a cask strength of 66% ABV, expect plenty of butterscotch and peppery rye spice from this limited bottling.

Sharp, spicy Canadian rye bottled at cask-strength. Not quite harsh, but certainly not for the faint-of-heart, either. Mild caramel & white pepper arrive briefly on the palate, with a long, tingly, almost numbing fade to finish. Be ready for it. I've had smoother & better, but enjoy a challenge!
