Another single malt from Adelphi's Breath of the Isles series here – once again, we know it was from a distillery on one of Scotland's whisky-producing islands, we just don't know which island or which distillery. What we do know is that this one was distilled in 2007 and matured for 14 years before being bottled in 2021, with 1,020 bottles produced.
