A 12-year-old 2009 expression of Adelphi's Breath of the Highlands. This single malt from an undisclosed distillery spent its time maturing in ex-sherry casks, until it was bottled up at cask strength by Adelphi in 2022, non-chill filtered and with no added colour.
Sticky fruitcake, cocoa nibs, and warm oak.
Panforte, candied citrus peel, summer berries, and dark chocolate.
Baking spices linger, along with dried fruits.
