Indie bottler Adelphi has kept the exact source of this Speyside single malt a mystery! What we do know is that this Breath of Speyside release was distilled in 2006, and rested in a refill Oloroso sherry butt for 11 years, with an outturn of 621 bottles at a generous 56.8% ABV.
Strawberry ice cream, banana and custard with hints of ripe pear.
