It's the fourth batch of Adelphi's Glenborrodale blended malt Scotch whisky. This time, they've come up with a 7 year old expression boasting plenty of pastry, Sherry and citrus notes. 1,484 bottles were released.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Coconut cookies, chocolate muffins and a hint of fresh lemon curd.
Palate
Nutty Sherry and creamy malt, mixed with a dash of orange bitters.
Finish
A very subtle kick of smoke appears underneath toffee sweetness.
