A youthful single malt from Aberlour, which has been independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The eight Boutique-y batch from this Speyside-based distillery was aged for 6 years and has been bottled at 49.9% ABV. No one knows why the fellow in Aberlour's Mash Tun hotel looks so scared, and we fear that we may never find out. So mysterious...

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Apple slices and vanilla rich barley sugar. A touch of earthy lime leaf.
Palate
Black pepper arrives first, shortly followed by more vanilla and oily walnut notes.
Finish
Apricot jam, cinnamon and a good whack of orange.
