I'm really impressed by this. Massive blast of sherry and cherries on the nose, strong notes of cinnamon and pepper on the tongue with just the right amount of kick, balanced by sweetness and so smooth that I can't believe it is over 60% proof. No need to add water, it's perfect as is.
Unfortunately the steep price hike has left this whisky with a very bitter aftertaste, I'm looking elsewhere from now on
This is an absolutely excellent dram, but at the new price they won't get my custom again.

Used to be a great every day dram but loads better out there for the price after the increase. Seriously overpriced
