It's Aberlour's ever-popular A'Bunadh single malt Scotch whisky! Each batch of this single malt is matured entirely in Spanish oloroso sherry butts, bestowing huge helpings of dried fruit and festive spice notes to the whisky, after which it's bottled up at full-on cask strength with no chill-filtration.
Zesty notes of chocolate-coated orange wheels join sticky ginger loaf and sherried fruits.
Plump sultanas, prunes, cakey spice, and marmalade, with biscuity malt and toffee apple in tow.
Sweet spices and rich oak linger.

Hello Glenfarclas 105. Yes, that’s right folks, the perfect replacement for this. Take not Aberlour. A’bunadh was always targeted towards the whisky fans, you’ve just lost half of them with your price hike...
A nice dram but very expensive for a non-age whisky especially when you consider the far superior Benromach 10yo cask strength is substantially cheaper. nice but very very expensive for what it is.
Great whisky, lost me now at this price point, was a huge fan and have tried many batches but when competing with Glendronach 18 for the money....madness. Ridiculous hike in price, I would urge anyone to investigate other great distillery’s for this money. Sorry Aberlour, I was a huge fan.
This was a great whisky for £50. However it’s new found price of £80+ does not reflect what’s in the bottle. Perhaps if it was aged, but not for a NAS even if it is cask strength.
Was my favourite whiskey but for some reason the price has gone up and this is no longer a choice. This does have a nice fruity, Christmas cake vibe going on but not worth eighty pounds.
