Heavy dark fruit nose with hints of sherry. Palate brings flavors of black cherry, raisins, pepper and leather. Exceptionally long finish with spice, licorice and oak lingering on the palate for minutes. Delicious.
One of my favorites, but there are better for cheaper, don’t buy
Too expensive, why the massive increase in price. I love this whisky but the price hike is ridiculous you can buy alternatives that are just as nice a lot cheaper. Stop taking advantage of your loyal customers Aberlour!!
Shameful price hike, Pernod. My 15 years of buying A'Bunadh are at an end. I shall be looking for better value alternatives.
Despite reviewers below smacking the product for price hikes, this is one of my most favorite drams. Cost is a factor, I cannot argue with that. Don't give it a half star based on price people, call it what it is. It's a shame it cannot be reasoned out in such a manner.
