It's Aberlour's ever-popular A'Bunadh single malt Scotch whisky! Each batch of this single malt is matured entirely in Spanish oloroso sherry butts, bestowing huge helpings of dried fruit and festive spice notes to the whisky, after which it's bottled up at full-on cask strength with no chill-filtration.
Zesty notes of chocolate-coated orange wheels join sticky ginger loaf and sherried fruits.
Plump sultanas, prunes, cakey spice, and marmalade, with biscuity malt and toffee apple in tow.
Sweet spices and rich oak linger.

Excellent, smooth and lots to talk about as you drink it with friends.
Abalour A'Bunduh is breathtakingly delicious! On opening A'Bundah, the bouquet alone demands respect. With a good dash of water, and some time for this caramel malty goodness to open up, you won't find many a whisky that can compare to the smack in the face, irrepressible, and choplickingly good drink this one is. With a deep Sherried, cola, maple opening, A'Bundah is enough alone just to smell. On the pallet, I felt a gooey, warm, sweet maple syrup, with a smattering of dried fruits. And to end, a warm, chocolate, earthy, spicy, sherried tail, and a soft Oakes ending. My favourite whisky at the moment, and I'm sure one that will stick on my shelf for a long time. Ryan - Australia
this stuff owns, it made me to write this review. Its a beast I'm telling you :)
Can be very overwhelming without any added water. Could only take a sip or two. After a dash of water the aroma opens up nicely, revealing a gentle giant underneath. Deep sherriness, honey, raisins, spices, red grapefruit. A solid product with terrific value for the money.
What can you say about abunadh that hasn't been said before, fantastic as always, I get hints of vanilla on the palate with just the right amount of water.
