A single cask bottling from the Aberlour Distillery all the way up in Speyside region of Scotland. This one was distilled back in 2005 and left to mature in a second-fill sherry butt for 14 years, and then bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 630 bottles.
Honey, raspberry jam, soft oak spice and some grassy malt.
Hazelnut and chocolate, with orange oil and coffee later on.
Cinnamon and ginger on the finish.
