This stylish tipple is a French vodka from the Cognac region, crafted using French wheat and water from Gensac. Before bottling, Sauvelle is filtered over three types of wood, then bottled without filtration, bringing out subtle vanilla-forward elements on the palate.

The bottle is amazing... the golden design is embossed, the quality is incredible. The liquid is ultra smooth with woody vanilla notes. Top quality too. Really happy.
Really really impressed with this vodka. I thought vodka in general was a plain and boring alcohol mostly used to "alcoholise" a drink. After enjoying craft gins, i wanted to taste a craft vodka and it had the same effect on me : wow ! The difference is probably even more important as most big vodkas are indeed plain and boring. Since sauvelle, I tried 3 other vodkas labelled as craft (vestal, tito's handmade and konik's tail) which were also all good but i prefer this one better. And the bottle design is really good.
