For their Forest Delights range, Laplandia have created Bilberry Vodka! Real wild bilberries are used plentifully giving the vodka a fabulous dark purple colour and wonderful rich depth of flavour. Fantastic to sip on neat, or over ice as you would a sloe gin perhaps, should also be a fun one to add an experimental twist when making cocktails!
Rich, aromatic tangy bilberry and sweeter notes reminiscent of blueberry.
