Cobalte Vodka
A grape-based vodka from the rolling vineyards of Aÿ-Champagne, made using the classic varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. It’s a terroir-driven vodka made with the aim of actively preserving the flavours of its environment, coming from its grape base and the chalky subsoils they are grown in.
