Potato vodka is the secret of a good Vesper Martini - James Bond's own concoction. Chopin is four times distilled from Polish potatoes and named for Frederic Chopin.

was recommended this to be used in a Vespers. Tried a shot neat and extremely impressed - a good bite but smooth on the tongue and bags of flavour. Cannot wait to try in a Martini. Excellent.
One of the few vodka distillates that really deserves to be drunk neat and freezer-chilled. A superb 'best-in-class' drink. So much better than Grey Goose, Sky and all the nouveau boutique pretenders.
Smooth on the palate & perfect with caviar.
Nice one.
After two bottles of Beluga, I wanted to try a potato vodka. Chopin didn't dissapoint me!
