Chase Vodka is made by the same guys that make Tyrells potato crisps, distilled from the dinky potatoes that can't be made into crisps. The creamy spirit is more than suitable for a whole range of cocktails. Martinis are go!
Aromatic. Peppercorns, creamy vanilla, nectarines in yoghurt and red berry fruits.
The palate offers up plenty of spice notes - a mix of pepper, star anise and nutmeg. Very tasty, and very creamy too.

I had a bottle of this a few years ago and it was lovely, smooth and creamy. Now it isn't, just tastes a bit sweet. Shame.
I was bought a bottle by friends who know my predilection for vodka. I wanted to like it, but the taste doesn't really justify the price.
