Black Cow vodka is a very interesting spirit from West Dorset, produced by dairy farmer Jason Barber, made using pure whole milk. This has resulted in a smooth, creamy vodka with touches of vanilla and cinnamon on the palate. The whey is used to make the vodka, while the curds go into Jason's cheeses - yum!
This is a 50cl bottling.
Pleasantly sweet vanilla emerges.
Creamy and sweet with a touch of cinnamon.
Warming and clean.

Really lovely smooth vodka with a creamy mouthfeel. Fantastic use of whey byproduct ... their cheese is very yummy too!
