A stunning vodka distilled from wheat, East Anglian malted barley and oats. It is crafted by Fergus Fitzgerald, Adnams' master brewer, who makes a beer wash from the grains, which is fermented to around 6%abv. This is then distilled to around 80 - 85% abv. It is then put through a copper pot still, and purified in rectification columns. The result is an incredibly creamy and rich vodka with hints of toffee.
