Rhu-Tini
- 60ml Whitley Neill Raspberry 0%
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 15ml Lemon juice
- Garnish: fresh raspberries and mint
Method
Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake well (add a drop of cocktail foamer if you wish).
Strain into coupe glass and top with branded rice paper, edible violet, or a sprinkle of purple edible dust.
Rhubarb & Ginger Simple Serve
- 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger 0%
- Premium tonic water
- Garnish: wedge of lemon and slice of ginger
Method
Add gin to a balloon glass half-filled with ice. Top with Original Light Tonic Water. Garnish with a thin slice of ginger and a wedge of lemon.
Raspberry 0%
One to bring a splash of summer fruitiness to whatever delicious drinks you're whipping up.
Raspberry Martini
- 60ml Whitley Neill Raspberry 0%
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 15ml Lemon juice
- Garnish: fresh raspberries and mint
Method
Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake well.
Strain into coupe glass and garnish with fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
Raspberry Simple Serve

- Premium Light Tonic Water
- Fresh Raspberries & clapped mint sprig.
Method
Add gin to a Copa glass and top up with premium light tonic water. Garnish the drink with fresh raspberries and mint sprig.
