Boë Pink Vodka Martini
Ingredients:
50ml Boë Pink Vodka
10ml Vanilla syrup
15ml White cacao liqueur
Fresh raspberries
Method:
Add your raspberries into a shaker and muddle. Pour in the rest of your ingredients, add ice, and shake well. Double strain into a chilled Martini glass, and serve. Garnish with white chocolate shavings and a fresh raspberry.
Mermaid Pink Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
50ml Mermaid Pink Gin
Elderflower tonic
Fresh strawberries
Lime
Method:
Add your gin to an ice-filled Highball glass, then top with tonic water. Garnish with fresh strawberries and a slice of lime.
