A superbly fruity offering from the folks at Rooster Rojo, made with a base of its Reposado Tequila, aged for at least two months in bourbon barrels. The Tequila is then infused with cooked red Spanish pineapples, imparting satisfying tropical notes of caramelised fruit to the spirit. Great for a tropical twist on a classic Margarita.
Sticky, sweet, gently smoky notes of charred, caramelised fruit, with toasted oak and vanilla, banana bread, and cooked agave.
