Olmeca Altos Plata is a blanco Tequila made with 100% agave from Los Altos, high up in Jalisco, Mexico. Agave is harvested at seven to eight years old and roasted in brick ovens for three days before milling and fermenting with proprietary yeast. The brand focuses on traditional methods, including crushing the agave with a tahona stone wheel and copper distillation. Soft, sweetly mineralic, with gentle peppery warmth, this is solid stuff for sipping and mixing alike.
A touch of pepper and spice, capsicum, and cooked agave.

“Ignore the reviews that say this is perfect for cocktails. I have tried many of the higher priced tequilas and this easily beats a lot of them . This is a top quality tequila that is perfect for sipping you get a clean citrus lime followed by vanilla and some brine. Tequila as it should be . ”
