Excellia Blanco
The Blanco Tequila from Excellia was produced as a collaboration between Jean-Sébastien Robicquet and Carlos Camarena. Made from 100% blue agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, the Tequila is rested for just a few weeks in sauternes casks and 20-year-old Cognac barrels. A handsome proposition, you must agree?

Nose
Vividly bright with agave, but not overpowering. Depth comes from subtle herbal hints of clove, tobacco and vanilla.
Palate
More vanilla, paired with lemon zest and floral notes. Agave sweetness continues.
Finish
Fresh, juicy agave notes last for the finish.
