The El Mayor range is a selection of 100% Agave tequila from the Mexican highlands. The brand's Master Distiller is Rocolfo Gonzalez, a third generation tequila distiller. Also, the El Mayor bottles are very pleasingly shaped, which is always nice.

White pepper and woody, floral hints - honeysuckle perhaps...
Palate
Clean agave, citrus and yet more peppery spice.

Light and elegant - not much heat to it at all.
