An intriguing cocktail ingredient for mixologists, the Jack Rudy Cocktail Co. Classic Tonic Syrup is made using a quinine distillate, along with a subtle selection of botanicals and a touch of cane sugar for sweetness. The idea here is that it's been made to pair excellently with all manner of gins - so grab your favourite gin, mix a measure with a splash of this Small Batch Tonic and top up with soda water (depending on how long you want your drink).

This is the third tonic syrup I've tried. We have a SodaStream so stopped buying tonic water some time ago. The other syrups we have tried, while good, have lacked the fully rounded taste of Jack Rudy's. A little sweeter than others, about 10-15ml in a large gin with plenty of ice in a highball topped up with soda is a winner.
Very nice product. This is the third tonic syrup we've tried so far, and it's definitely my favorite.
