This tonic syrup from Montreal's 3/4 Oz. is made from cinchona bark, which quinine is extracted from and gives tonic its distinctive bitter flavour. Made with natural ingredients, this syrup is designed to be paired with sparkling water to create your own tonic which is relatively low in sugar. It sports a rich amber colour derived from the natural pigmentation of the cinchona bark.
